Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our conditions, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. The refund goes back to the original payment method.

If your product arrives defective or gets damaged during shipping, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving it. Our team might ask for a quick photo or a few details so we can fix it for you.
